lmao snape legit used a derogatory term at Lily who he claimed to be in love with and then joined a group of oppressive violent racists and then proceeded to bully and torment a group of children for the next 6 years of his miserable life so yes the fact that Sirius called him Snivellus is Legendary bc Snivellus was a fucking abusive asshole and i think Snivellus is quite PG compared to some of the things i think of him
One thing I do really like about 13 reasons why is the way that tony was written. It’s not often that we get a main character who explicitly says that they’re gay without their entire character suddenly revolving around being gay and having gay struggles™
And before he said it!! It was implied already!! He was seen having a coffee date with a boy!! And it was treated as normal!!
We got to see him get fleshed out as a character! And he’s so important to the story! Not to mention all the stereotypes he breaks like holy moly. We get to learn about his interests and we get to see him and his boyfriend talk out their issues like any other couple and the relationship is portrayed realistically!!
And I just have to emphasize again… he got to explicitly say he was gay… without tossing away the rest of him as a character and focusing solely on his gay struggles™… and that’s just so wild it’s been so long since I’ve seen that happen in any of the shows I like??
